Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry and would like to know what we can do to make you happy.

You can return your order within 30 days and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 5 working days of receipt of the return.

RETURN CONDITIONS :

Products must be returned in their original condition and with all labels attached.

The product must show no signs of use.

The product can only be returned once it has been received by the customer.

We do not refund 100% of orders that are not returned.

We recommend that you provide a Track & Trace code with your return. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Return items with the completed returns form. Make sure the parcel has a tracking code.

The remaining amount will be credited to your account. Once the return has been received, Comvory will transfer the amount to your account within 5 working days.

NOTE: the cost of returning products is the responsibility of the purchaser and may be high. To obtain a 100% refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse. Otherwise, we do not offer 100% refunds.

RETURNS :

If you have purchased a product that you wish to return, you may need to send it back to our warehouse abroad. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs abroad are often high and it is not possible for us to cover them.

To return the product, please contact us to obtain a return address. Once you have received this address, carefully pack the product and send it to the address indicated. Make sure the product is well protected during transport and choose a traceable shipping method to track the delivery.

Once the product has reached us, we will check that it complies with the return conditions. If everything is in order, you will receive a refund. Please note that refund times may vary depending on the seller and your bank.

Returning goods abroad can be a complicated and expensive procedure, so we advise you to think about this in advance.
